Vanessa Bryant, the widow of NBA legend Kobe Bryant, has made it pretty clear where she stands politically over the past couple of years.
The late wife of the five-time NBA champion, who has three daughters, married Kobe Bryant in 2001. The couple was married from 2001-20. Kobe Bryant and their 13-year-old daughter, Gianna Bryant, died in a helicopter crash in January 2020.

Over Father’s Day Weekend, Vanessa Bryant mourned the loss of her late husband, sending a simple message on social media.
“Happy Fathers Day @kobebryant 💕 You are so missed. We love you so much. #GirlDad 💕💕,” she wrote.
Vanessa Bryant, who is from Los Angeles, California, has Mexican roots. She sent a clear message on social media amid the mass protests taking place throughout Southern California. Thousands have been protesting the massive deportations taking place in California.
The widow of the legendary NBA star made it clear that she wishes everyone would show more respect for one another.
“As a Latina, a proud Mexican American, and above all, a human being, my heart breaks for the families being torn apart,” she said.
“No matter where we come from, no matter how we got here, we all deserve to be treated with humanity and respect.”
The widow of Kobe Bryant shared a photo of her late husband wearing an “I Can’t Breathe” t-shirt, which became a symbol of the Black community during the George Floyd protests.
