Snooker player Jamie Clarke had to be told to move seats during a match by a referee after angering his opponent.
Clarke appeared to be accused by an infuriated Anthony McGill of sitting in his eyeline as he took a shot at the 2020 World Championship.

Referee Jan Verhaas was forced to step in to calm the situation
With Clarke leading 7-2 in their best of 25 frames encounter, McGill stormed across the arena to confront him.
As McGill approached Clarke, referee Jan Verhaas stepped in to attempt to calm tensions down.
The official could be heard telling the Welshman: “It’s no big deal but if you are in his eyeline we’d prefer you to be on that side.”

However, as both players left the table, McGill was spotted chasing after his opponent to continue their back-and-forth.
This prompted a response on social media from Clarke during the interval as he wrote: “You want to dance, let’s dance.”
It came after he had been accused of distracting an opponent earlier in the tournament.
